Insufficient order requirements
The only requirement for ordering is the "neck to tail" measurement, It's too general -the neck girth and leg height should also be used. Also, the age and /or weight should come into consideration.
I have ordered and received 2 of these for a 42 pound 13 year old pug/beagle cross who is short in the legs and thick in his overall girth. HtoT was right but the neck girth was choking him.
