Moderately helpful
Listed in good used and as new . Product was shipped in a timely manner and contained full as new properties
I have moderate hearing loss and found these hearing aids to be approximately 50% mores useful in a quiet to moderate noise level setting. Instructions were clear and easy to set up. I would not recommend these hearing aids at the recommend new list price. although I have found the CRE-C20 to be useful in my general hearing i would not recommend if you are wanting to recover full functional hearing. In addition I have found them difficult to properly place in the charging station.
