I only leave the neutral feedback because the item did have inconspicuous damage that wasn't in the description, and did considerably affect item operation being an air bed. I was actually offered a full refund that I declined as I'd already started the repair. Seller still sent me a postage refund that I'm greatful for. I fixed a leak in-between one of the baffles with sil nylon sealant after failed attempts to use the repair kit provided and other strong tape.
