Calming without sedation.
I have been pleased by the calming effects of this product. This is the first time in years that I have used a GABA supplement and find this particular formulation to be very helpful. Calming with good clarity of mind.

These poles became my instant favorite!
I ordered these poles to get me by while repair parts were delivered for my old pair, but found I like these even better! The fit and finish/finish and ergonomics are good and the strap adjustment feature is the easiest to use that I have yet seen. You simply pull out on the strap a bit and adjust, then push the locking block back in. Seriously, I hate some of the systems you find on poles which slip loose or are hard to adjust, but this one is easy peasy! I'd definitely buy these again! It may also be useful to note that I am 6'2" and the poles will adjust properly but are near the max extension.
