I accused him of pushing defective merchandise, after which he agreed to the return, but in shipment to me the part appears to have been damaged by the Post Office. I am sure the seller thinks that's my problem too, so I don't wish to spend $10 more dollars on shipping it back. And rather than admit he incorrectly purchased Used, this customer falsely claimed the item was defective and demanded his money back. After several disrespectful messages he alleged the item had "been damaged in shipping" when he received it. He never provided evidence of shipping damage upon request.He was reported to Ebay for attempted fraud and misuse of Ebay policy.
