Good Deal
I haven't used it as of yet, but I've used Irwin drills and I expect it will work as it should

Wasn't "New"
Though it was the wrong one ordered, it claims to be "New" but showed signs of previously being installed on a Bottom Bracket, also the bolts for the cranks came in a torn open bag
