Good Solid Health Advice For All Ages
10 of 12 found this helpful I love this book! Yes, some of the advice may have been written before, but that's because it's the truth. Middle-aged baby boomers, especially, should buy this book and have it as a staple of their health reference library.
What really sets Joyce's book apart is that it incorporates a realistic time frame as well as small, practical & achievable steps that everyone can incorporate into their lifestyle to live a happier & healthier life. This book is well worth the money.

Realistic but depressing
1 of 1 found this helpful I thought the acting in this movie was excellent by all the actors involved. However, with its depressing subjects of betrayal, abortion, and widowhood, the subject matter is not for those with too many real life challenges of their own. If you're looking to escape, this movie is not for you. If you're looking for real life, then this is it.

Not One Of My Favorites But Still Good
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a good mystery movie but, for me, it may be one that you'd only watch once. Inspector Barnaby and his trusty sidekick, Troy, are in true form, but the plot spends too much time dealing with a bunch of gypsies and not enough time on subjects of a more English nature as depicted in other Midsomer Murders. Of course, this is my personal preference, and yours may be different. It's still a very good film with a twisting plot and stong characters. Only you can decide if you'll want to view it more than once.
