P.B. neutralizes vitamin c acid
1/4 teas. Vitamin c= 500 milligrams. . 1/4 teas. P.B. (measuring spoons u find in dollar store kitchen area). Mix in 8 oz cold ginger water . (1 tablespoon of chopped ginger) Than strain. Add. Sugar u will need it . let sit 4 about 30 min. I do not know how long it takes to neutralize the acid. I drink it on empty stomach. No problem with sensitive stomach. P.S. cook chopped ginger 1st. Let cool. Than follow directions. Do not pour vitamine c in hot ginger it will kill the vitamin.
