Factory defect
I purchased this jar because the original jar was leaking badly. This jar is starting to leak a little during my first time using it. I can only suppose it will get worse. This is a factory problem and should not be allowed on the market. The base is great, just a lousy jar design.

It stays put.
It appears to be well made. It rides very well on my dashboard and doesn't slip. I would have given it a five star but have not had it that long.
