Buyers - DONT PANIC, if you buy from this seller ,DONT get all spooked and put off if you DONT get communication..Also be aware this is a high turnover seller and so your order could be a week or more behind BUT don't panic because it will arrive , packaged well and everything as you ordered. No damage to inside despite how heavy -20kg..the QUALITY IS EXTREME. These are beautiful made and the BEST on the market. Vhs protectors (£150) I had and I won't hesitate to order again. Thankyou. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! terrible company. Bought two items seller had zero communication even after trying multiple times. They took 2 weeks to dispatch the item and then 2 weeks later sure enough no item was received, had to open up a request and get refunded! 👎🏼

avoid this seller. I ordered an item from them and instantly made a mistake, i put the wrong address. The same day i contacted the seller to ask to change the destination it would ship to. The seller did not respond to my request for days to which my suprise was that he declined sending the item to the new address. i tried to cancel the item to which was also declined. I don't even believe thisa item has been shipped yet and it was purchased on the 25/12/24

Same thing happened to me as everyone else! Nothing. I had to wait a very long time before eBay decided the case in my favour and refunded. Do not take that risk just because you so badly want a plexi-case. This is not an option. The order was NEVER sent. I contacted the seller, I got no response. Mysteriously a fake tracking was silently added after my message. It was dead. I actually hope this guy is okay because what's happened here is just so weird. Please DO NOT consider this.

Item came well packaged, took a bit of time due to the delivery as feel for price it should been a bit quicker. Also communication from seller was not great, would appreciate more response when asking towards items weather buying or not.
