The item was advertised as new and the packaging was torn a little bit. In order for me to take the picture that was included in the listing I had to open the package to photograph it. Would highly recommend buyer contact seller with any issues before requesting refund and leaving negative feedback. Would have gladly refunded purchase without the need for negative reviews.

Easy To Use
The manual is a little difficult to follow. Luckily though, the device itself is intuitive to use. The update feature for the software is a good bonus.

Durable & Practical
Can be used over and over again. Saves on single use disposable plastic products.

Too Early
Too early to tell if it will last as long as it seems it will last but it appears to be of good heavy duty quality. Has lots of storages spaces. So far so good. As with all tools and tool accessories, time will be the final determining factor!
