Great value
1 of 1 found this helpful Very reasonable price, looks great, fitment is about a 6.5/10 due to the mounting holes not drilled at the correct angle to allow the mounting bolts to thread in correctly. It is either that, or the tubes with the holes in them weren't welded onto the license plate bracket all squared up. Recommend having a Dremel or a drill handy to open up the holes a bit to allow for easy installation. Other than that, great piece and would purchase another for my next bike.

If you don't want to fuss with shock adjustments, this is for you
I bought this to replace the aging stock rear shock on my ZX10R and it has been performing GREAT. Much more compliant when cruising around and it really stiffens up nicely/predictably when you're going at the canyons with more aggression. The piece itself is like a work of art if you've never bought an Ohlins piece before and there are a lot of details to appreciate. Installation is quite simple if you've ever replaced the rear shock before and only requires a couple of extra steps of routing the control cables to the shock, diagnostic port in the tail, and the connection for the included shock ecu which is a tad larger than the Healtech quickshifter box. One thing to note, if you have swapped the linkage with one from a 2016+ ZX10R, you might want to swap back to your original as it isn't valved correctly for the more aggressive linage ratio on from the newer model. Altogether highly recommended for the everyday rider.
