After 4 days, I did not hear back from the seller. Luckily the crest part of the shade was not damaged but the packaging sucked! I was lucky and blessed, not properly taken care of. No mention of the shade being damaged prior, so giving a 3 for description.

Detachable Memphis batwing fairing
Love it cost more but worth the money if you want a detachable easy on and off windshield.

Cheap maybe worth a buy $10 at local Walmart store not worth 65.00 don't waste your money like I did.
