  I received a damaged lamp shade. I took pics and sent a note directly to the seller to make good. After 4 days, I did not hear back from the seller. Luckily the crest part of the shade was not damaged but the packaging sucked! I was lucky and blessed, not properly taken care of. No mention of the shade being damaged prior, so giving a 3 for description.
