  I tried to contact the seller and she refused to help me. I placed this order in error and immediately contacted the seller to inform her of my mistake. She replied that she had already shipped the item and it would arrive by Aug.2 but I have yet to receive it. I really don't want this item now. I mistakenly hit the buy now button when I only wanted to put it in my cart. Please assist me with this matter as I do NOT have the funds to pay for it. Thank you very much for your assistance

  This was a difficult transaction. I work so hard to maintain my perfect rating and this is so unfair. Instead of stating the actual facts I thought it would be better to show parts of the last email I received from the buyer: “…I owe you an apology. I am so sorry I was so rude..”I am very pleased with it.” “…Thank you for your patience with me and your kindness.””…Again I am sorry for my rudeness and I wish you the very best.” I thanked her for her email.
