Too Small for Adult
I purchased these for a theatrical prop. I understood these are just a toy and not of high quality in any way. They were cheap and arrived quickly, but they would not fit an adult male wrist without being super tight and uncomfortable, so I tossed them. I checked on some at a local costume shop. Same issue. Too small for my purposes.

Old school boy scout
Used these 50+ years ago in the boy scouts. Can't beat them for lightweight, easy set up. Won't work above the treeline unless you bring poles. Cheap, effective and highly visible.
