  I received my order and I am extremely disappointed. Instead of a new and fully functional device, you sent me a burnt, completely non-working unit. This is absolutely unacceptable. The condition of the item is impossible to overlook during packing, so it feels like a deliberately shipped defective product.   This seller is earnestly NOT recommended. I bought an iPhone 13 from mxgunn2 at the Buy It Now price to include all listed items. The shipping was delayed and I was not notified by the seller; I contacted the seller and the excuse was that they were still waiting on their phone to arrive and it took 10 hours to back up their phone.   I shipped the box and was unaware that you did not get it. I even included a bunch of cool iPhone accessories because the of delay. I am an investigator and was working covertly for several weeks which is the reason for the delay. I apologize and hope I can make this right. I have never had a negative comment since 2002.
