Mixed, greatly depends on the user
I must answer yes to would I recommend it at that price to a beginner. Is it of good value, Yes, at that price. As far as quality, let's face it, at that price it's not going to be a great quality set. Honestly to me it seems like there are a lot of certain colors. I would recommend it for the new beginner, others I'd say spend an extra 20. So the quality is mixed, but not of a good quality, sorry to say.

Some things will never be available in time
This is one. I grew up and went to this post office 45 years ago in a stroller with my mom, and registered for the service there, got documents mailed and picked up there.
This is not like a photo, this was an actual lithograph type linen paper post card, which even has the necessary postage at the time, 1 cent I think, and place to write a message and the address.
These won't always be available in time, there are only so many in the world.
