Appears to work fine
Just installed and charged it up. iPhone now says 100% capacity where old battery was 82% maximum capacity..

Not much material, no warmth AT ALL
Looks cozy in the pictures huh? It's NOT. This thing is thin, no insulation really and the interior material is "grabby" on all other material. Try putting this over a long sleeve shirt and good luck... it grabs the shirt sleeves and really won't let go. The arm length is also 4 inches longer than any other jacket. It won't fit properly unless you're an orangutan. If the chest and shoulders fit, the arms will be 4 inches too long. At best, and I mean BEST... this is an early fall jacket for 50-60 degree days. I used Smartwool long sleeve base layer then a light Marmot fleece over that THEN tried this jacket. After 3 minutes putting my arms through the sleeves (that grabby fabric interior again) I was slightly comfortable at 40 degrees. I attribute that to the Smartwool and Marmot fleece though, not so much the jacket layer.

These old ones are the best Drift cameras
Yes, removable batteries and tough as nails case! These older ones I have found are better than the new ones.
