The listing said dispatch via Royal Mail 1st class, led me to believe seller would be dispatching it...NOT drop shipped from Amazon!! The package was left in the dark, on the ground in front of my door, no door bell ring or knock...in the rain, item soaked through! Only saw it when using side gate to put my refuse bin out, otherwise I could have slipped/skidded on it! Contacted seller - no response, so neutral feedback!
