So useful - no stress
I had used Manhasset stands in band & orchestra during my music student days. As an adult I have purchased several stands for my personal use. I saw the Manhasset Stand-Lock advertised and because I have very heavy rehearsal notebooks, I was sure this could solve/prevent the stand from slowly sinking...I purchased one Stand-Lock to start. After installing it and finding it to lock tightly but adjust easily, I ordered 2 more, 3 in total. I won't have a Manhasset without having the Stand-Lock attached!

Great Product
I ordered this as a more durable stand for a keyboard I travel with. I was afraid the plastic music rack would slip out and/or break with the weight of my full 2" binder of music. This metal stand rests in the rack slot supported by a short pole covered with a 'rubber' tip. It's exactly what I needed!
