Eye-opening information
This book helped me to understand my personal responsibility for my own health and health problems. Easy to understand. It did stop short of laying out a plan to follow, but still is an important work to read.

A must read
This is the second book I've read by this author and the story was fast-paced and attention grabbing. The content was technical, but still understandable and I enjoyed this thriller very much.
