  The seller and I did talk before I placed the order. We were able to agree on a fair price, so I have to give props to that aspect of this purchase. The order was not as securely packaged as promised. There were loose styrofoam pellets lodged inside board and keys. Took about 30 mins to clear up. They also said there would be a power cord, which there is not. Shipping was very expensive for not being the service selected. The keyboard is also missing more than discussed. Very “meh” seller
