  Arrived as described. Well packaged. eBay international postage is deplorable. 2 months to arrive, for $35 postage. The add said under $18 for post, so I went ahead. At check postage was $35. I assumed it included duty. No I even had to pay extra shipping when it arrived in country. A $31 item cost $100 by the time it got to me. Never use eBay international again!!
