  Got your letter sorry you are so upset but if the first items you sent would have worked like the replacements you sent there would have been no problem. There were no instructions I tried connecting both ways and nothing! They didn't arrive when they should have and then when they did and wouldn't work I blew up! You should test before you send. There are too many people on that internet ripping people off.
