Easy to install...go to YouTube and input "CycleOps Silencer shifter replace' (easy).

low cost = low quality
Cost is great...except after only two months of use, the 'Y' junction for the two plugs has an internal wire fault which renders all audio deaf until such time you position the wires JUST RIGHT to get audio back again. I cleaned the plugs and took it to an avionics shop to test...wires must be replaced. $125 to fix it (more than the cost to buy it)....moral? = low cost does not mean LESS MONEY SPENT OVER TIME.
