  I purchased an item (at a very competitive price) and it shipped out within 2 days of my order. That alone is a good sign to me. Unfortunately, (through no fault of the seller), the postal system lost my package while in transit to me. I reached out to the seller just to ask what my options were and they proactively and without questioning offered a full refund. To me that shows a seller that values its customers more than just the bottom line. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Great price and the package arrived quickly once it was actually shipped out, but I wish the seller had used a slightly larger shipping box with some padding as FedEx slightly smashed one of the corners of it and due to it fitting the box set very snugly the corner that was smashed was also damaged on the box set itself. not a dealbreaker by any means as the book's pages and the DVDs themselves were fine thankfully but annoying regardless.

  Item was described as New. It arrived in pristine, still shrink-wrapped condition. Obviously won't know if all the discs are good until I play them all, but the set appears just like I would see it in the store. Seller shipped the item very quickly, and the shipping communication was solid.
