It’s okay, it works
I was “lucky” to find a foot control pedal for an old sewing machine. It works but the lever on the foot pedal that controls the speed is too high - a 75 degree angle up so it’s not an easy height /position for the foot. A person has to step down on the pedal verses keeping the heal of the foot on the floor and pushing down with the rest of the foot.
