  Great seller, fast shipping, as described. This is the second one of these I have purchased. At first I complained that they didn't spin long enough, but that's just because I was using it wrong. Once I got the hang of it these things are absolutely awesome. In just a couple of weeks my hand strength was noticeably improved. I bought a second one as a backup in case anything happens to my other one. Get one! You won't be disappointed!

  The product seems to work great. I ordered two items and they were shipped separately and there was no note in the first shipment that only one item was being included and that the next one would be shipped separately. The shipping process was quite confusing to the customer. The vendor should put notes in the first package when this occurs to limit confusion by the customer.
