I expected more for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful The pedal brightens up your sound which is nice for some applications. In my case to get a completely clean boost I has to put the gain at 0. Definitely not for humbuckers with a good amount of output. Adds some grit when raising the gain which sounds boutique-ish.
It does what I wanted to do which was to increase the harmonic content of my cleans at low volumes, but I wanted it also to be able to push my amp harder without the pedal clipping. Sadly with my guitars it doesn't do that. I guess this is made more for single coils.

Good Inexpensive Dampers
