A great start.
Bought this to counter my slowly increasing scoliosis, and it helps quite a bit. Aside from the relief I get from the stretching/poses, the strength building is a great attribute. Brings back the good ol days when you could hold a pushup position. Highly recommend it for stretching the back as a beginner.

Lots of power and portable.
I bought this for our travel trailer when we camp without electric hookups. We have 260 amp hours of battery power on the trailer and after a cold winter night of running the heater (fan), I need to charge the batteries to keep them higher than 50% after each night. This "briefcase" solar panel kit is perfect! I also purchased a solar tracker on wheels that I set the portable solar panels on top of and it follows the sun and gets my batteries charged correctly, with the attached solar charge controller and hookup wiring kits. I also purchase a plug for the solar connection on the side of my trailer, so I plug it into the trailer, and walk away. Awesome product.
