Great lens for the price. gets wide, and zooms enough.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is not the most well made feeling lens, though i trust that it is well designed in such a way where it should last. The lens mount is plastic, which is a downside, but it weighs practically nothing, so i am not too worried about that. I got the 40-150 f4 lens in the same class BEFORE this one, and got this one to compliment it. I would say that if you have a digital Olympus, these lenses work great. I have used both of these lenses to get wildlife pictures that have been framed at 20inches by 30. the biggest upside to this lens is the cost. you can get one for 100 dollars (same as many prime lenses for OM mount) but you can do so much more. the viewfinder on the EVOLT series cameras is particularly small and dark. this means when you get a FILM lens and adapter, you will hardly be able to A:see it clear enough to focus well and B:will have to turn the FSTOP open to focus the shot, and then close it off to where you want it for the final picture. Sorry for my lack of caring about how well structured this review is. I just felt like pointing out as much information in as little time as possible, but this part of explaining myself has just proven my failure to be efficient. Enjoy this lens if you buy it.

Old thermostat opened less at boiling, but opened at a similar temperature. Works great.
