Great stuff for my ponies. Please don’t use Evri to send. They said they were unable to deliver on Thursday - they didn’t even try! I was in all day. Annoying to see a message making it sound as if we were not here to receive it. Eventually delivered on Saturday. This happens all the time with Evri. They are a terrible company, very unreliable.

No problem with seller but glad opted for click n collect shop as despite Evri sending multiple emails saying they would deliver on Thursday they didn't bother, then said delivery delayed 24hrs, no delivery attempted on the Friday and no further contact til the Monday when they finally bothered delivering parcel. So only used product in one meal, eaten without hesitation but too early to tell if product will work.

Item as described and arrived on time. Seller may want to consider upgrading the outer packaging of this 10lt plastic container because the cardboard box had disintegrated during transport due to the box being too small and the item too heavy.

Haven't used it yet but delivery very prompt, well-packaged and good communication with the seller, as we have roadworks which might have been a problem, and warned them of this, then Evri decided to deliver today (Easter Saturday) when the works were suspended. Result!
