Good bang for the buck
I've used them a few times in the short period of time I have owned them. I did some fine soldering work and also used them for reading to magnify some small printing while working on some projects. They also turned out to be very useful beyond the magnification aspect as a quick light source when I had to do some plumbing repairs underneath the sink. I'm impressed overall and would buy them again. Quality is better than I expected which surprised me given the cost.

These mannequins really have a good head on their non-shoulders.
Seriously they were just as expected and fantastic for the price. I use them for displaying some of the masks I collect and for that purpose they do the job perfectly. At times, due to the long journey they take, you may find a few that suffer a dent or squash or two but for my use it is not an issue at all.

Like coming home again
4 of 4 found this helpful I've used two newer versions of this calculator but always continued to miss the one I used back when I was toiling away pursuing my degree. The 48G is a solid build with the feel of the button presses the best I've ever experienced. It does what I need in a no nonsense straight to the point fashion. The only reason I ever left it behind was because of an accidental drop into water that it sadly didn't recover from. The one I recently received was in mint condition all around, even the case, so we are once again reunited and I couldn't be happier. Who needs a pet when you've got a 48G to keep you company? Highly recommended!
