My Neighbor told me about Nioxon

My neighbor hair dresser told her that she needed to use this product on her hair. She gave me a sample of it and I tried it and purchases several kits. My hair does not do well with Conditioner, but the shampoo really has helped my hair, and has made it a little thicker. They said give it 30 days, but it takes longer then that. I purchase the gallon so I can just fill the bottle instead of having to buy the kit.

Yoga Exercise Mat - Loving it

WOW thanks to my chiropractor telling me about this exercise mat but he told me about the 2 to 3 1/2" thick. When Came across the 4 1/12" thick this beats the cheap other yoga mat that you buy in Dick's Sporting good, target, walmart, etc. You don't feel the cold coming up from the flooring under you. I can hold myself better on this and I have signed up for yoga classes and will be taking it with me. At least I won't be catching other people germs. Love it is only 2 section vs. the other that have 3 or 4 padding and LOVE the handle that you can use to carry it.
