Does not cut well.
I've had a wet and dry before (blue and gold model) that worked well. I foolishly got a cheaper model and kicking myself. Don't bother buying this model.

Ended up being the flashlight itself tha...
Ended up being the flashlight itself that was bad, I guess. Still doesn't work. Guess I'll look for the new flashlight now. lol

Good value, great suction, easy operation.
I had a Bissell, which I thought was good until it broke and I got the Hoover F5914900. This one blows it out of the water!! The two tank system is much nicer than the two-in-one systems. I was very impressed with the suction. My carpet was dry within an hour or two. There is only one flaw I found. I had left cleaning solution in the tank after I was done with the rugs. (was going to do the area rugs the next day). Don't know why this happens, but it was just standing, not plugged in, no triggers being squeezed, but the solution kept coming out. I didn't notice until a couple hours later when I went to move it. Luckily I had it on an area rug and I was able to just hang that rug out. So, just a tip. When you are done, and not planning to use it for 15 minutes or more, I would remove the solution tank and set it a aside. Other than that, it's a great buy. My carpet looks great! :)
