Windows 10 does not like

I have the same one in another place. I have wasted a lot of time expecting it to work, different printer, but a newer one. Can't make it work. Just today was looking on the Ebay site to contact but did not find a simple way to do so, so if any one from D-link refurbish reads this, need help.
