  This is seller is definitely honest and trusted. I bought the 4TB direct from China at an insanely low price. It arrived looking exactly like the photo. Unfortunately, the drive failed several hours after installation. (I am a retired systems engineer and know that early failure is rare but not impossible). The seller applied a full refund and did not require the old drive to be returned. You can buy from this seller with confidence.

  I bought this product as i needed it. Revived it and was initially working but the write speed and read speed would decrease dramatically. They offered to send another one but that would’ve been too long for me. When I did ask for a refund they immediately gave it to me with no questions asked. The product they send was probably a bad luck of being faulty. I would say do research before buying but always buy with an idea that it a hit and miss.

  Terrible! Do not buy from these people! The product didn’t even work, advertised wrong, then when I asked for a resolve they said they will give me £20 back I declined and asked for a full refund as the product is no good and doesn’t work to then be asked if I want £10 instead?! They then messaged and said don’t leave a bad review or this will escalate further! Disgusting! Had to open a case to get my money back absolute joke!
