What I needed
I lost the cover and this replaced it.

For smaller rods
This will only fit smaller rods light action. It would not fit on my medium action saltwater rods. The girlfriend requested it... but we could only fit it on the sabiki rod.

Adds intake sound
I wasn't expecting a huge increase in power, but I literally cannot tell a difference. I do enjoy the intake sounds from 2200+ rpm under load. 2011 GMC Sierra 6.2l
