I run alot of high end radios these days( Magnum S-6, S-9, S680, S-6175, Ranger )and since I've dicovered Astatic mics I won't use anything else with my radios. The impedance is compatible with practically any radio you will want to hook them up to, the sound quality is second to none, and they are the best bang for your buck. I have heard that Barjan bought them out so the quality may change, I'm picking up several to have on hand in case this becomes true.
