The first shipment of used pizza pans I ordered had some chipped coating that the seller did not notice so when I contacted them about the issue they immediately shipped out replacements (after inspecting the replacement pans to make sure their coating was not chipped). They did not charge anything for the replacement pans or shipment. I really appreciated that they made it right.
