Excellent Vitamin/Mineral.

My doctors require me to take Zinc daily. I have tried numerous Zinc pills and capsules and this one has by far been the best and easiest to take.

Great book that holds you spell bound.

This is an excellent read recommended to me by my daughter. It is full of history and actual events. The author has written this so well that the book is hard to put down. I highly recommend it.

Naturally Healthy but lacking Flavor

This is an excellent product if you are looking for a product with no chemicals, which are so hard to find. It is pure and natural but the flavors are all a little weak. I have found that if you mix it with 12 oz. of water instead of 16 oz. the flavor is better.
