Defective

4/5 cables were defective, all at the male end. First cable had static issues at input, so I tested all the cables with a professional cable tester and all but 1 failed.

Mac Users Verbatim CD-R's are the only way to go

I run a studio and have experienced difficulties with memorex CD-R's. I thought there was a problem with my burner so I purchased an external drive. Still didn't fix problem. I bought the Verbatim after reading reviews and blogs. PROBLEM SOLVED! There was never a problem with my drive.
