  Arrived in same condition as described but packaging left a bit to be desired. Shipped in an envelope between two pieces of cardboard that didn't fully cover the item and left edges exposed to possible damage. International shipping costs were high, as to be expected, but packaging itself didn't reflect the cost.

  I don't understand this neutral feedback. The buyer claims he received the book without damage and still complains. The protection was sufficient considering that I should not exceed the weight of the postal rate. Also he didn't contact me.
