Journey of Souls by Michael Newton
1 of 1 found this helpful It's an interesting read, I will give it that. But I am far from convinced that it is actually true.
As per Dr. Ian Stevenson, hypnosis has produced very little information that can be independently verified.
One potentially verifiable detail is previous personality Ross Feldon, a prosecuting attorney in Oklahoma during the 1800's. An internet search on "Ross Feldon" will reveal that multiple attempts to find historical records of this person have failed.
Furthermore, it seems a little too close to what Dr. Newton's target audience would expect and want to hear. Comfortable, relatively affluent, presumably White Americans living comfortable, relatively affluent future lives simply because that's what they would choose to do.
Do you honestly think anyone would volunteer to be born into grinding poverty?
Dr. Ian Stevenson's research into the past life recall of children provides a more realistic portrait of our economic prospects in future lives.
