    4/16/25 My book arrived on time and was shipped via USPS Media Mail. For a 1st edition 10th printing the price was extremely reasonable, and I even received a 15% off coupon when I place another order! I will definitely place another order with this seller! I sort of wish the packaging was a bit more protective on the inside because I do live in the PNW where it rains all the time . However, the week it shipped we had great weather, so it was in more than perfect condition when it arrived.

    As described and exactly what I needed. It was packaged in bubble wrap and a good value. Would do business with again. Shipping was slower than I expected from the next state over. This last part is not a reflection of the seller but moreso on Creative. The card was difficult to get working. Nothing upon installing card and boot. Install drivers and reboot. Still nothing. Open software and still nothing. Then, connect speakers and it finally shows and works. Buyer must know what they are doing.

    When received the device was not working as expected. It would not load tapes, which was really my only requirement. I have tapes to play back. Seller has accepted the device for return and revised the description for future sales. Also, the return shipment was delayed by an address error that was corrected by the seller. In the end I understand that the seller was dealing in good faith.

    The items were shipped quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. The books were ingeniously packed in a flattened carton. I appreciate that you are reusing packaging. The communication about the shipping and time line for the item was perfect. All three atlases were just as described and I am glad to have copies of my old favorite atlases. Thanks a lot!
