Great for building your own candelabra
I was building a menorah for Chanukah and used these for the 9 candles that would be used. They worked well. I used countersink screws with the associated washers to fasten them to the wood. My only issue was that they were a bit larger than the width of the standard tapered candle. Perhaps the column candles would be a better fit.

Easy pasta!
These discs allow the use of the KitchenAid food grinder. to be used to make pasta. Simply mix up your favorite recipe, and when ready, feed it into the food grinder using the appropriate disc (in place of the meat discs). Cut to length as it is extruded (recommended) or on a cutting board later (tho that may pinch the pasta closed). Toss in boiling salted water for a minute or two, and you'll have great fresh pasta!
The storage tube (on the left tin the picture) also helps to push the dough into the food grinder. Or is it the food pusher also stores the discs? Whatever! :^)
