Not what I expected
A lot of trial and error have gone into learning how to use the Nutrichef vacuum sealer. First, if you don't cut the bag completely straight you won't be able to line it up for a Vacuum seal, so I bought the quart and gallon bags which does help.

Easy way to get my B vitamins
This is the easiest way to get B Vitamin Complex. I have a hard time swallowing large Vitamins but this liquid form is great and it includes B12 too.
