Excellent stretching for beginners and more advanced yoga users.
Very nice Yoga DVD. Compared to other Yoga workouts, Jillian takes the time to show modified movements, along with the most advanced movements. Jillian also explains what a particular movement will do for your body. I love Jillian Michael's workout DVDs and highly recommend them to everyone.

Questionable
Not convinced this was a Kurt Adler ornament. I’m in Key West now and have seen this ornament in various stores and it is not marked with the ticket from Kurt Adler.

Great product/love it!
I purchased this product because it's good to work with when styling hair. I use Aquage styling paste (I have short hair) and then I use the spray as a finishing touch. I like that the spray is really a spritz and I can direct it where I want it and it holds beautifully. It doesn't dry superfast and allows ample time to work it in with my fingers or comb/brush. It also has a very pleasant smell, not like most sprays. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with short hair.
