  Humidor arrived in great condition per the photos in the description. I appreciated the care that went into the packaging - there was plenty of padding and wrapping to protect the item. Item arrived on time, within the delivery window. All in all, it is a quality humidor that has been kept in good condition, and I got it for about a third of what it would cost from the manufacturer. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  When I saw this, I knew I had to have it. They sold it to me at a very fair price and the packaging was amazing. I’ve never seen anything packed as good as this plus it showed up really quick. It was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

  This was packaged well. But the advertising was misleading. After I ordered, and was able to spend the time enlarging the underneath side of each item, I realized only 1 was Royal Doulton, and only 1 was vintage. I tried to cancel the order 1/2 hour after placing it and was messaged it was too late to cancel. The item wasn't even sent out for another week. When it arrived, I was so disappointed. They were very very unremarkable and not worth the price at all. I have never cancelled an order

  We are so sorry you are disappointed and feel the listing was misleading! We do try to use photos to keep the descriptions accurate. We shipped out your item with UPS the following day, yet being Good Friday it unfortunately gets put on their holiday schedule. Had we heard from you (or eBay) that you desired to cancel the order, it would not have been a problem!
